Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

3/4 cup sour cream

2 cups powdered suggar

1 tsp. vanilla

Melt mini chips in top of double boiler over hot water. Stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat; beat in sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups frosting.
