Peaches ‘n Cream Pie

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

1/3 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind

1 cup sour cream

5-6 medium peaches, peeled and thinly sliced

Bake pie shell at 400° for 7 minutes; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°, and bake 25-30 additional minutes.

Yield: One 9-inch pie.
