Breaded Turkey Breasts

We have pretty much stopped eating ground beef in my house – of course, we never really ate that much of it in the first place – but we’ve pretty much decided that we like turkey better! I have not ever had turkey breasts before, we’ve only dealt with the ground turkey 🙂

Breaded Turkey Breasts 

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 cup milk

1 lb. boneless skinless turkey breast slices

1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey in milk, then in the crumb mixture. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook turkey in oil for 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear. Drain on paper towels.

Serves 4.
