Jicama with Lime and Cilantro
1 medium jicama, peeled, thinly sliced
Salt and lime juice, to taste
1-2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1. Arrange jicama slices on large serving plate and sprinkle lightly with salt, lime juice, and cilantro.
