Oriental-Style Wilted Spinach Salad

3 quarts baby spinach leaves

2-3 tsp. vegetable oil

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. hoisin sauce

1-2 tsp. sesame oil

1 tsp. sugar

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 tsp. sesame seeds

8 small breadsticks

1. Place spinach in large salad bowl. Heat vegetable oil, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in small skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly; stir in sugar. Pour warm dressing over spinach and toss until greens are slightly wilted and well coated. Add mushrooms and toss; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with breadsticks.
