My boss makes this every year – but she’ll only make it in the fall. I ask her for it all the time – but she only brings it in the fall 😦 I’ve made it before, but it’s never the same, just like the butterfinger cake. We usually double the recipe.
Ann’s Cranberry Dip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
Zest of one orange
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped dry cranberries (I buy Craisins)
Combine cream cheese, juice, cinnamon and sugar on medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in orange zest, pecans and cranberries. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
* I ate it with gingersnaps this year. SO good.
